Position Requirements & Qualifications Put the customer first at all times (internal and external) Be a best in first class service role model and champion by providing on the job training & guidance to sales associates consistent with company practices. Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment, including weekends and holidays. Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check. POS and Computer work, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.
