Strategizes to ensure branch meets the company growth and retention goals. Develops and promotes good community relationships. Duties will be completed parallel to classroom training to support and develop individual competencies.******Job Description:********ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS***The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents.
