Qualifications Fluency in English is required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or program. Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Emergency Behavioral Intervention. Current unrestricted professional license or certification in healthcare, counseling, education, social work, or child welfare. Experience At least five (5) years as the director of a licensed childcare program or an equivalent program for children and adolescents. At least five (5) years as the administrator of a large organization. At least five (5) years of progressive project or business management, demonstrating advanced growth and success. Preferred progressive experience in similar roles. Key Action Items & Measurable Deliverables Project Management – Manage all special project teams and initiatives as assigned by the ADD – Residential Services and the Deputy Executive Director to ensure timely outcomes. Critical Incident Leadership – Respond to any Compass Connections program site within 24 hours of assignment. Data Analysis – Collect, analyze program data and produce draft quarterly and annual reports; maintain database and reporting tools. Regulatory Liaison – Stay current with accrediting standards, advise leadership, conduct site visits and mock surveys. Asset Management – Oversee medical clinic assets; maintain insurance, lease, fleet and equipment information. Technology Systems – Serve as a division information systems specialist; maintain knowledge of Compass Connections technology systems (UAC Portal, Point Click Care, Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.). Other Responsibilities Provide leadership support for medical and residential programming. Ensure 100% compliance with accrediting, regulatory, and funding standards. Assist ADD – Residential Services with designated duties to ensure continuity. Conduct program visits on a rotating schedule; complete medical reports and action items. Meet deadlines for program supervisor, contract or grant deliverables. Travel (approximately 75%). Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Implement safety protocols for emergencies. Participate in scheduled meetings and operational decisions. Maintain confidentiality in all program areas. Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards, including the required dress code. Requirements Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and ongoing random drug screens. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request. Pass a pre‑employment and renewal criminal background check. Demonstrate the ability to: Respond sensitively to the service population’s cultural and socio‑economic characteristics. Work collaboratively with staff, providers and professionals. Provide crisis intervention as trained by Compass Connections. Operate in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining composure. Maintain required computer literacy. Work effectively with minimal supervision as an independent member or as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
