Our client, a well-established national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join its Transportation, Insurance, and Products Liability practice. This opportunity is available in Orlando, Jacksonville, or Tampa, Florida .

The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation matters through all phases of the case, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, pre-trial preparation, and trial support. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess strong legal research and writing skills, and be comfortable managing files independently while working collaboratively with a sophisticated litigation team.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Florida Bar
• 4+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing cases from inception through trial
• Excellent communication, organizational, and case management abilities
• Admission in Georgia and/or Alabama is a plus, but not required
