Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from AHA or ARC. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including treatment of geriatric, orthopedic, and neurologic populations such as joint replacements and post‑stroke care. Experience with common outpatient equipment preferred: cryotherapy, heating pads, antigravity devices, TENS units, and parallel bars. Ability to work autonomously within an outpatient clinic attached to a hospital. Travel candidates must reside at least 50 miles outside the facility at time of placement. New graduates will be considered; experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital outpatient clinic. Shift: Days. Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Assignment duration: 13 weeks. Travel candidates only. Open to temp‑to‑perm conversion. Interview process: ITO interview followed by manager interview. Patient population: Ambulatory geriatric outpatients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
