Inside Sales Representative

Job Description We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! As a State Farm agent team member you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest updates Create quote packages to present to potential customers Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
