Director of Compensation & Total Rewards Strategy
Capital One National Association
Capital One is seeking a Director, Compensation to lead the Total Rewards compensation function. The role partners with senior leaders to formulate innovative strategies, lead a team of compensation professionals, and ensure effective program design and governance. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to influence enterprise-wide initiatives.
