Guest Engagement Specialist responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service via phone, email, chat, and text.
- Assis guests with placing orders to answering billing questions.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications
- Heavy documentation of customer interactions
- contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment during the busy season
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Highly proficient on a computer and computer programs such as Google Workspace
- Comfortable lifting up to 15 lbs
- Comfortable to sit for extended periods of time
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in customer service required
- Seasonal from (OCT - JAN)
- Training is M-F, 9AM - 5:30.
- After training, schedule subject to change to either 5 AM or 12:30 pm start time.
- Must have availability for evenings and weekends throughout peak season.
