Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction at our community. The ideal candidate has experience with affordable housing programs, including Section 8 and LIHTC, and will guide prospective residents through the leasing process while ensuring compliance. You will coordinate lease signings, renewals, audits, and maintain accurate resident files, delivering outstanding service, engaging with residents, vendors, and owners, #J-18808-Ljbffr
