Senior Attorney - Default Litigation & Mediation

Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a senior attorney to support Default Litigation, Attorney Oversight and Mediations. The role requires extensive experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy and eviction matters, handling high‑risk litigation, drafting and reviewing pleadings, and training staff. Travel up to 25% is expected. The candidate must hold a JD, be licensed, and bring 5–10+ years of relevant practice in mortgage servicing law.
