Onboarding Associate

As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding applicants through the company's application and hiring process. You will assist with new-hire paperwork and manage multiple applicants simultaneously. Additionally, you may help facilitate the fingerprinting process and ensure the smooth handling of documentation, filing, and storage of paperwork and applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants through the application and hiring process.
• Help applicants with new-hire paperwork and manage multiple applicants at once.
• Facilitate the fingerprinting process as needed.
• Manage documentation, paper filing, and storage of paperwork and applications.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for applicants.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in data entry and administrative support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• HR administration and recruitment support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate computer systems effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Environment

You will work within an office environment as part of a team of about 10 other Onboarding Assistants. The role involves direct interaction with applicants on the floor, providing them with a great experience during the application process.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
