ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency has proudly served the community since January 2020 and is supported by a team of 4 talented professionals. Before opening the agency, I started in the industry under another agent in 2017. I was motivated to build something of my own, and State Farm provided the perfect opportunity to run my own business with strong culture, support, and community partnership.

I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in International Business and have a rich multicultural background. My commitment to the community runs deep; I'm active in my church, participate in local service projects, and previously served as a missionary for two years.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Josue Rivera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain client insurance accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues
• Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts
• Assist in preparing and processing insurance applications and documentation
• Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and other insurance professionals to facilitate policy issuance
• Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system
• Monitor policy renewals and proactively reach out to clients for renewals or upgrades
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about insurance products and market trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
