Temporary Commercial Contracts Attorney for Top Credit Card Company - Seattle

Our client is a top credit card company in Seattle, WA. They are seeking an experience commercial contracts attorney with expertise in data rights negotiation and liability negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements (including MSAs, SaaS, and vendor contracts)
- Advise on data rights, usage, and protection provisions
- Negotiate liability terms, indemnification, and risk allocation frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally with product, business, and compliance teams on day-to-day legal matters
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience post-law school
- Strong background handling high-volume commercial contracting work
- Demonstrated experience negotiating data-related provisions and liability clauses
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, business-facing environment
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or open finance is a plus
Additional Details
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week onsite in Seattle, WA
- Full-time hours for the duration of the assignment
- Competitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience)
