Your Role:

• Work across construction law, real estate, and commercial matters

• For junior–mid level:

Support litigation and/or transactional matters

Draft pleadings, contracts, and legal documents

Assist with discovery, depositions, and case strategy

• For senior-level:

Lead complex transactions or disputes

Manage client relationships and strategy

Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm leadership

• Engage in high-level work including:

Construction disputes, defect claims, and project advisory

Real estate transactions (leasing, development, financing)

Commercial litigation and arbitration

✅ Must-Haves:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

• Active Washington State Bar admission

• 1+ years of experience in construction, real estate, or commercial law

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage workload and collaborate in a team-oriented environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range from $150,000 up to ~$300,000 + bonus (dependent on experience)
