The role:

• Complex construction litigation and dispute resolution

• Multi-party litigation, arbitration, and trial work

• Motion practice, depositions, and case strategy responsibilities

• Exposure to HOA, landlord-tenant, and construction-related disputes

• Opportunity to mentor junior attorneys and take increasing ownership of matters

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of construction litigation experience

• Washington Bar admission required

• Strong litigation, deposition, and motion practice background

• Trial experience in complex disputes preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $150,000 – $220,000+ depending on experience
