Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range: $50–60 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Sign‑on/relocation bonus: up to $10,000 for full‑time; $5,000 for part‑time. Compensation includes bi‑weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly bonuses based on office performance. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist. Provide quality and compassionate care to all patients. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Offer same‑day care options and provide excellent customer service. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess patient needs and review medical history. Adhere to government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting as needed. Take x‑rays and store them in patient charts when necessary. Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). We value teamwork, mutual respect and cooperation.
