Diverse Scope & Specialized Clinical Care:

• Manage a well-rounded mix of OB and GYN cases, averaging 15-20 deliveries per month .
• Focus on advanced in-office procedures, hormone replacement therapy, and weight management.
• Access to robotic surgery platforms with dedicated mentorship and training for those wishing to enhance their surgical skills.

Elite Surgical & Hospital Affiliation:

All deliveries and major surgeries will be conducted exclusively at a premier, physician-owned hospital, featuring a Level II NICU , 24/7 in-house anesthesia, and immediate access to top-tier subspecialists.

Premier Infrastructure & Dedicated Support:

• Operate in a highly efficient workspace with 2 dedicated exam rooms per provider .
• Enjoy a 1:1 MA-to-physician ratio , supported by an in-house sonographer, a dedicated triage nurse, and comprehensive front-office assistance.

Work-Life Synergy & Collaborative Call:

Experience a sustainable practice rhythm with generous 15-minute appointment blocks to ensure patients never feel rushed, complemented by a light call schedule. Weekday call is a manageable 1:3 , while weekend call is an exceptionally light 1:6 cross-coverage rotation shared with a neighboring practice.
