Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Current DORA certification required
• Experience providing OT services in schools, spanning preschool through high school populations
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized support plans

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services within assigned schools
• Assess students’ abilities, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to individual needs
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to foster students’ academic participation and independence
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports as required
• Attend meetings, contribute to IEP teams, and participate in ongoing professional development
• Attend the Summer Symposium New Hire Orientation, July 27th–31st, required prior to the school year
