Production Machine Operator

General Production Worker

Shifts Available

4:00pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday

• Mandatory Saturday overtime on occasion
• Overtime during the week may occur up to 2 hours before or after the shift start/end times

Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members to prepare and assemble steel materials
• Utilize hand and power tools to cut and prepare steel for assembly
• Operate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components.
• Rotate through different production tasks to support workflow.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with construction/carpentry experience or experience from another related field can be considered
• Experience performing or willingness to perform fast-paced, physically demanding work.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good attitude and eagerness to learn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, MO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
