Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to join our production team. You will set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute setups: Calibrate, adjust, and clean machinery for optimal performance.
- Inspect equipment: Perform routine safety and maintenance checks daily.
- Monitor production: Ensure output meets strict quality and volume standards.
- Feed materials: Load raw materials into machines safely and efficiently.
- Verify quality: Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
- Troubleshoot issues: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Log data: Maintain accurate production logs and defect reports.
- Follow safety: Adhere strictly to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical skills: Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Experience: Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Precision: Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
