Key Responsibilities

• Execute setups: Calibrate, adjust, and clean machinery for optimal performance.
• Inspect equipment: Perform routine safety and maintenance checks daily.
• Monitor production: Ensure output meets strict quality and volume standards.
• Feed materials: Load raw materials into machines safely and efficiently.
• Verify quality: Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
• Troubleshoot issues: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Log data: Maintain accurate production logs and defect reports.
• Follow safety: Adhere strictly to all OSHA and company safety protocols. 

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical skills: Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience: Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Precision: Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
