IT Support SpecialistWe're looking for a curious, service-minded IT Support Specialist to join our Boise team. You'll be the first point of contact for 700+ employees where you will be troubleshooting day-to-day tech issues, setting up equipment, and keeping things running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across hardware, Microsoft 365, and device management in a fast-paced environment.End-User SupportRespond to help desk tickets and walk-up requests from office employeesTroubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS devicesEscalate complex issues to senior team members and follow through to resolutionKeep users and management informed on ticket statusHardware & EquipmentImage, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations for new hiresPerform basic hardware repairs (RAM, hard drives, peripherals)Unbox, inventory, and asset-tag incoming equipmentSet up displays, AV equipment, and standing desksDevice & Account ManagementOnboard devices using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft IntuneManage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID (password resets, unlocks, group membership)Support basic Exchange/M365 tasks like shared mailboxes and distribution listsDocumentationKeep knowledge base articles and SOPs accurate and up to dateDocument recurring issues and contribute to process improvementsWhat We're Looking For1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role (internships and coursework count!)Familiarity with Windows 10/11, MAC OS, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure / Entra ID and user account managementComfortable setting up and troubleshooting hardwareStrong communication skills and a customer-first attitudeOrganized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple requestsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsNice To HaveCompTIA A+ or working toward itExposure to Intune, Autopilot, or JamfAny scripting or command-line experience (PowerShell, Terminal)EducationDegree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field — OR equivalent hands-on experience or certificationsWhat We OfferCompetitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company match + RSUsWork from anywhere 3 weeks per yearMaternity and paternity leavePTO + Volunteer Time Off
