Residential Service Plumbing Technician

We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumbing Technician who can confidently maintain, inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems in customers' homes. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of residential plumbing systems Present repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners and advocate for their needs Install and repair faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures Follow company procedures, including proper documentation and sales turnover processes when applicable Deliver a high level of customer service on every call Support and mentor apprentices to help develop their skills and professionalism Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in residential plumbing maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair Strong communication skills with the ability to present options clearly and confidently to homeowners Ability to work independently and manage calls efficientlyCommitment to professionalism, teamwork, and accountability Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience) Incentives: 10% commission, service plan spiffs, and 5-star review bonuses Opportunities for annual wage increases and commission growth based on performance Benefits include: 401(k) with 4% company match Company truck and fuel card Health insurance (Kaiser) If you're an experienced technician looking to be part of a high-performing team that values quality work and strong customer relationships, West Coast Heating, Air & Solar is the place for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr West Coast Heating, Air Conditioning, and Solar
