Integrated Mental Health Therapist III

Integrated Mental Health Therapist III (Posting #26920) Hourly Rate: $32.26 Full‑time position for the Behavioral Health Department located in Lynnwood, WA. Responsibilities include assessment, brief intervention counseling, consultations with primary care, patient‑centered care plans, and care coordination. The role is part of a team focused on evidence‑based practices and health outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities Develop treatment plans with patients, in consultation with other staff, to address identified emotional needs and behavioral problems. Gather information regarding past mental health services for treatment planning. Refer patients to psychiatric services as appropriate. Provide brief individual counseling in coordination with other systems as needed. Perform suicide risk assessment and develop treatment plans; provide crisis stabilization and case management as needed. Meet quality and performance requirements based on grants, contracts, and organizational priorities (Clinical Quality Measures, Patient Satisfaction Measures, Meaningful Use Measures). Other duties may be assigned as required. Education and Requirements Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework in psychological diagnostics. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience. Must meet the criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP). Active Washington State Affiliated Counselor License or Mental Health Associate License (includes Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker). Experience with mental health evaluation of children and evidence‑based treatment models is a plus. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office. Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable.
