About the Role:
Validation Associates LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their care team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation
• Communicate patient status changes and concerns promptly to nursing staff and care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
• Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Active and valid CNA certification in the state of New Mexico
• Prior experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or clinical setting preferred
• Strong understanding of patient care techniques, infection control, and safety procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to dignity and respect
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
