The Lexi Las Vegas is seeking a passionate, creative, and operationally driven Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary direction of our growing boutique hotel. This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is excited to help shape a unique food & beverage experience from the ground up.
As the Chef/Kitchen Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, menu execution, food quality, personnel, inventory, sanitation, and cost controls while helping elevate the guest experience through thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality culinary offerings.
This is an opportunity to be part of an independently spirited, adults-only boutique hotel focused on exceptional hospitality, elevated service, and unforgettable guest experiences.
