LifeFitPhysical Therapy and Wellness is a concierge-level practice created to bridge a gap we saw in traditional healthcare. Many patients receive care that addresses only part of their problem or are discharged once they are “good enough,” even if they haven’t returned to the activities they love. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable orthopedicphysical therapy provider that is looking to use the full breadth of their clinical skill set and implement wellness-based care. Our clinic offers hour-long, 1:1 treatment sessions, with a creative mix of manual therapy, exercise and functional movement training, pain science education, and lifestyle education. AtLifeFit, webelievein expanding beyond the typical reactionary health care world into the preventative health and wellness realm. We are focused on providing the best possible care for our patients and providinga valuableservice to theHampton Roads community.
