Group Product Manager, Manager Product Management

Overview Adobe is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to join the Adobe Commerce product management team in San Jose. In this role, you will lead a team of product managers, define the long‑term vision and strategy for Commerce Storefront, and drive capabilities to enable agentic conversion across all emerging channels. Strong leadership skills will be required to drive consensus on requirements, deliver high‑quality outcomes, and maintain a fast pace of execution. Success will be measured by near‑term enterprise customer success, existing install base retention, and the ability to translate a differentiated vision into product reality for the long term while driving market momentum. What You’ll Do Lead a team of product managers to define and champion product vision and strategy for agentic conversion on e‑commerce channels, including storefront, LLM interfaces, marketplaces, and social channels. Work collaboratively with the Digital Experience and Digital Media product teams to ensure innovation from Adobe is brought into Adobe Commerce. Execute on the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements by working closely with customers, partners, internal product teams, engineering, and senior management. Research customer and market needs and conduct competitive analysis. Define prioritized feature requirements along with an overall product roadmap, and measure and assess the efficacy of the roadmap for customer delight and business success. Introduce capabilities in the product and partner with GTM teams to drive adoption at global scale. Support deals and deliver product presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value. Mentor, manage, and develop your team. What You Need to Succeed BS in Engineering or equivalent experience. MBA is preferred. Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products, with overall 10+ years of experience in product management and a minimum of 3 years managing a team of product managers. Deep technical expertise in front‑end technologies, e‑commerce storefront, e‑commerce stack, content personalization, and large, complex, cloud‑based systems for enterprise and mid‑sized organizations. Ability to connect business and user design requirements to concrete product requirements. Experience in agile software development practices within a large team environment is desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote members. Demonstrated proficiency in making data‑driven recommendations and driving decisions, with a growth mindset that fosters individual and team growth. Adobe is an equal opportunity employer.
