Project Manager, Operations

To support organizational initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager, Operations will manage the implementation of the Organizational Development and Change Management (ODCM) initiative, coordinating projects, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and developing communication materials. Key responsibilities Provide project management and delivery support for organizational initiatives, focusing on the ODCM portfolio and implementation roadmap Plan and facilitate project meetings and stakeholder conversations to gather input and build alignment across various teams Develop and maintain high-quality implementation materials, tracking progress and addressing project risks and dependencies Required qualifications A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in project management, organizational development, or change management Demonstrated experience managing interdependent projects with shared milestones and risks Strong skills in designing and facilitating meetings and workshops for stakeholder engagement Experience in supporting organization-wide change through effective communication and training Analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations
