Actively Hiring Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurses

Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Private Duty

Pay Rate: $35.00 – $50.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

Location: La Jolla, San Diego North County

As a Private Duty LVN with Cheer Health Care, you will provide premium, personalized skilled nursing care to seniors and adults with complex needs in the peace and comfort of their own homes. We look for clinically excellent nurses who bring a warm, vibrant personality and a passion for human connection into the home.

• Advanced Clinical Management: Deliver top-tier, hands-on nursing interventions, including medication administration, wound management, and proactive monitoring of chronic health conditions.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work as a key liaison alongside physicians, physical therapists, and family members to execute a seamless, comprehensive plan of care.
• Family & Patient Empowerment: Guide and educate clients and their support systems on health updates, treatment protocols, and daily wellness strategies to provide ultimate peace of mind.
• Accurate Clinical Reporting: Complete precise, compliant, and timely documentation detailing the client's progress and the specialized care provided during your shift.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license
• Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Current BLS certification
• Valid California drivers License and insurance
• Cell phone with internet access
