At Zenshin Asian Restaurant, part of Southpoint Sushi, INC, we take pride in delivering delicious Asian cuisine paired with outstanding service. Located in the heart of Las Vegas, NV, we are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Server Assistant to join our team and help us continue to delight our guests. What You’ll Do Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables. Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Restock supplies and ensure the dining room is fully equipped. Support the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Provide friendly and attentive service to guests as needed. Provide water/non‑alcoholic beverage service including bottled water service to guests and beverage refills. Consistently buss tables with proper clearing of plates and glassware, re‑setting tables, and maintaining cleanliness of tables and floors. Have knowledge of all stations, table numbers, and seat positions. Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets Zenshin’s standards. Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience. Your contributions will help create the warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back! What We’re Looking For Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the restaurant industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both spoken and written. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service. Hotel policies: no facial hair, no visible tattoos or piercings, natural occurring hair color, and no long hair (for males).
