From live racing tradition to modern entertainment, there's always something exciting happening at Fairmount Park is Casino & Racing!Job Description:Builds relationships with regional and local meeting and event planners to garner consideration for eventsMaintains the master calendar for event functions in all spaces of the casinoManages external agencies in developing sales collateral in both print and digital formatsLeads in planning and communicating sales event information to external departments ensuring that each affected department is aware of and planning for events appropriatelyOwns and attends events and maintains customer relations during the event to ensure satisfaction and flawless executionTakes all steps necessary to ensure the financial and reputational success of all sales eventsRepresents the company in a professional capacity at external functions, special events, concerts, promotions, etc.Ensures flawless internal control and regulatory compliance leading to perfect internal and external department auditsAll other duties as assignedBase Pay Range:$50,000 - $55,000This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
