Responsibilities Assist with the care of a 3‑month‑old baby, provide guidance to first‑time parents, and work collaboratively as a team. Maintain clear, continuous communication with the parents, keeping them updated and informed. Understand developmental milestones, plan age‑appropriate activities, and introduce solid foods when appropriate. Support a dynamic with the mother working from home and the father in the office. Qualifications At least 5 years of professional nannying experience. Legal to work in the United States. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Licensed driver with a clean driving record & a car. Willing to get the COVID‑vaccine and booster if eligible.
