- Innovate continuously - challenge existing approaches, develop improved testing methods, and bring creative solutions to product development challenges
- Support business objectives - ensure trial data directly connects to label development, regulatory needs, and commercial goals for biological and biostimulant products
Required:
- Advanced degree required (M.S. or Ph.D.) in agronomy, plant pathology, microbiology, soil science, entomology, weed science, or a related agricultural field, with working knowledge of biostimulant and/or biological products.
- Hands-on research experience designing and conducting field trials, biological profiling, and product efficacy evaluations, with the ability to generate critical data that supports business goals.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience in statistical analysis and sound decision-making based on data, constraints, and real-world outcomes.
- Strong agronomic foundation with broad crop production knowledge and the ability to translate science into practical field application.
- Collaborative and cross-functional—works effectively across teams and organizational boundaries, builds trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contributes actively to shared goals.
- Clear communicator and problem-solver with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, an innovative mindset, and the drive to set ambitious goals and deliver results.
