Director of Operational Excellence

Leading high-stakes transformational initiatives, the full-time Director of Operational Excellence will manage operational diagnosis, execution planning, and PMO leadership while working remotely and traveling quarterly. Key responsibilities Identify root causes of operational issues using data-driven frameworks Translate organizational objectives into detailed project workplans with risk mitigation strategies Oversee the "Go-To-Green" process for at-risk clients, ensuring effective recovery plans are in place Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred) Seven or more years of experience in business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy within the healthcare sector Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and data analytics Deep understanding of healthcare delivery, RCM metrics, and physician group operations Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
