A/R Applications Analyst - Hybrid

Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Responsibilities * Responsible for performing detailed research and evaluation of projects and assignments requiring knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable or related background. * Recommendations to management and initiate implementation of new procedures and processes. * Develop management reporting using MS Excel, MS Access, and other office software. * Collaborate with departments/business associates to analyze, understand and define business rules for department workflow and system enhancements. * Develop detailed research and evaluation of projects and assignments requiring knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable or related background. Minimum Qualifications * Associates Degree * 3 years or more Accounts Receivable, Analytical Acumen or related experience Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of accounting principles, accounts receivable calculations DSO, have/need, cash factor, and bad debt. * Identify issues to provide recommendations and financial implications, and/or operational applications in Revenue Cycle Management * Asses, understand, and solve complex problems by applying data analysis and critical thinking. Additional Job Standards * Complete research and investigation into areas not clearly defined. * Work from Home position. A hybrid schedule of office and Work from Home is a possibility for those candidates local to Burlington, NC.
