Sirius Staffing is seeking multiple Manufacturing Analyst positions in Whitsett, NC

Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing production processes, systems, and product configurations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on improving efficiency, maintaining accurate system data (SAP/BOM), and ensuring smooth production operations through engineering analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control engineering specifications and product configurations.
• Manage and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change (EC) data.
• Support product setup and routing using SAP (HANA / S4) and internal systems.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and develop process improvements.
• Configure systems such as label design and Zebra printers for production.
• Collaborate with global engineering and production teams for product launches.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and troubleshooting activities.
• Lead or assist with continuous improvement (Lean manufacturing) projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Updating SAP with product structures, routing, and standard times.
• Supporting production lines when configuration or system issues arise.
• Analyzing process flow, line balance, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Working cross-functionally with engineering, ops, and quality teams.
• Handling urgent production needs and engineering changes.

Basic Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in:

• Manufacturing Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Engineering Technology (or related field)

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in electronics or server manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of:
  • SAP / ERP systems
  • BOM management
  • Manufacturing processes and workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have / Related Skills

• Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
• Process analysis (time studies, line balancing)
• CAD or layout tools (for process optimization)
• Understanding of assembly, testing, and packaging processes
