Production Control & Planning (PCP) Analyst_1st shift

Shift: 1st Shift : 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

Position Summary

The Production Control & Planning (PCP) Analyst is responsible for end‐to‐end production planning, scheduling, and control activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery.
This role acts as a key link between demand planning, shop floor execution, and supply chain functions by translating customer and forecast demand into executable production plans. The analyst monitors production performance, manages work-in-progress (WIP), and drives schedule adherence through data-driven decision-making.
Basic Qualifications

Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in production control, production planning, or manufacturing scheduling.
Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JobBOSS) for production control and planning.
Data & Analytical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data modeling, and lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Work Location: Ability to work on-site to support real-time production coordination.
