Financial Planning Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, performance management, and business partnering , with direct exposure to senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving financial visibility, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving performance through robust KPIs, margin analysis, and forecasting. This is a high-impact, hands-on role , well suited for someone who enjoys working close to the business in a transformation-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a financial business partner to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization Analyze sales performance, contribution margins, and cost drivers to support strategic and operational decisions Oversee financial reporting and performance tracking related to revenues, fixed costs, and profitability Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key business KPIs and performance dashboards Support and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business reviews , working closely with cross-functional teams Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Contribute to the improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks Participate in cross-functional projects , including initiatives with HR and operations, as required Profile & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus) 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Corporate / Operational Finance within an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong experience in: Financial modeling and analysis Budgeting and forecasting cycles KPI and performance management Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a strong plus Proven ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior and non-financial stakeholders Why This Role High visibility and direct exposure to executive leadership Opportunity to shape financial insight and performance tools in a growing organization Broad scope combining FP&A, business partnering, and operational finance Strong potential for future growth within a global organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
