3rd Shift Welder We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented MIG Welder / Weld Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality welded components while maintaining safety, productivity, and quality standards. Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including: Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans Holiday Pay Teladoc (online care) Referral Bonus Incentive Weekly Pay 401k And More! 3rd Shift Welder Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.70 / hour Full Time work available Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00pm to 04:30am) Perform MIG welding, welding inspections, and production tasks First Shift (Training, First 2 Months): 7:00am to 4:30pm Third Shift: 9:00pm to 5:00am Must be able to train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks Fast-paced, team-focused manufacturing environment 3rd Shift Welder Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of hands-on MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment required Ability to pass a MIG weld test during the interview process High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience reading and following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Ability to perform visual weld inspections and identify quality defects Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork Stable work history preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
