Position Overview
Our client, a growing organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, organization, and supporting financial operations.
The Billing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining financial records, and supporting overall billing and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process client invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts and assist with payment tracking and collections
- Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain and update billing records and account information
- Collaborate with internal finance teams to reconcile and evaluate accounts
- Compile and manage data from multiple systems
- Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and audits as needed
- Perform additional administrative and technical tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience within the transportation or logistics industry
- Familiarity with McLeod software
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)#INAPR2026
