Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist
Execute monthly health and pension plan billing for multiple entities with up to 300 participants
Manage accounts receivable from invoicing to deposits, ensuring accurate reconciliation
Serve as the first point of contact for local billing inquiries, account changes, and research requests
Lead daily bank deposits and monitor returned transactions in collaboration with finance teams
Partner with leadership to review and improve processes for accuracy, efficiency, and reporting
Must-Have Skills/Experience
Proven experience in complex billing and accounts receivable in an accounting/finance environment
Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data management
Strong attention to detail with a process improvement mindset
Reliable, able to commit to the full assignment duration
