Qualifications:
- Active Texas School Psychologist certification (TX Psych) required
- Previous experience supporting K-12 students preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Adaptability to changing student and school needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention for students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Contribute to Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and provide consultative support to faculty and families
- Work two days per week, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
