Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity serving K-12 students in a school-based setting as a dedicated School Psychologist. If you hold a TX Psych credential and are passionate about fostering student growth and well-being, this role offers a supportive environment where your expertise is truly valued.
This position begins as soon as possible and continues through May 28, 2027, providing stability and long-term impact. You’ll work 15+ hours weekly, across two days per week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful difference. Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Texas School Psychologist credential (TX Psych)
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective interventions and support plans
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting psycho-educational assessments and evaluations
- Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to create individualized plans
- Supporting the social, emotional, and academic needs of students
- Facilitating positive behavioral interventions
- Contributing to multidisciplinary teams and participating in IEP meetings
