Perform project planning, execution and earned value management for A220 EICAS application. Develop strategy for systems, projects and programs, leading the development and implementation of common methods and procedures across the organization. Provide guidance on complex engineering activities and train, instruct and mentor junior employees. Provide support to technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Perform software integration and debugging on company proprietary hardware. Prepare engineering estimates for future development activities for EICAS application. Lead the business in the development and advancement of process, tools and methods. Create, own and approve common procedures and standard work across the organization. Develop and implement new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.Qualifications You Must Have Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field and at least 8 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer or related role in the Aerospace/Defense industry.
