Job Details The ideal candidate will bring a combination of legal knowledge, client-service orientation, and the ability to manage real estate matters efficiently. Core Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant state (or the ability to obtain one promptly). 2–7 years of experience in real estate law or a closely related practice area (open to more senior candidates depending on background). Familiarity with residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, contract review, title and conveyancing issues, and related legal documentation. Skills & Competencies Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with a client‑focused mindset. High attention to detail and sound judgment in fast‑moving matters. Comfort working both independently and within a collaborative team. Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience with condominium or community association law. Background in real estate litigation or dispute resolution.
