Newport Beach Dental Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our elite clinical team. As a Fee-For-Service (FFS) practice specializing in high-end restorative procedures, we provide an environment where quality of care and patient experience take precedence. We are looking for a clinician with a sophisticated mindset who is dedicated to promoting systemic health through meticulous clinical work and comprehensive patient education.

Requirements
Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Teamwork: A proven ability to contribute positively to a high-performance team environment.
Job Description
Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including advanced scaling, root planing, and polishing.
Diagnostics & Assessments: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings.
Radiography: Capture high-quality digital dental X-rays to assist in complex diagnostic reviews and treatment planning.
Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene practices and the critical link between oral health and systemic wellness.
Records Management: Meticulously maintain and update patient medical records and clinical notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Confidentiality: Ensure the highest level of patient privacy and data security in all professional interactions.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Friday – Sunday: Closed
