About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) in Insulation Technology to join our team in Kiel. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning technical execution, organizing resources, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Several years of experience in project or construction management within the insulation or related technical fields, including budget responsibility. Completed vocational training in insulation craft, preferably with a master qualification or relevant engineering degree. Strong knowledge of contractual and construction law processes, particularly VOB regulations. Proficiency in German language (Level C) for professional communication. Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and reliable with a team‑oriented mindset. Valid driver's license for classes B, C1, and C1E, with willingness to travel regionally. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a confident and professional demeanor. Competency in standard software applications such as MS Office and specialized tools like Nevaris Finance. Entrepreneurial thinking, leadership qualities, and strong social skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Lead the technical planning and execution of insulation projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards. Organize and coordinate project timelines, resources, personnel, and logistics to ensure smooth project progression. Manage and supervise internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and negotiate project change orders, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Conduct project inspections, acceptance procedures, and final handovers. Compile comprehensive project documentation, including measurements, reports, and billing details. Collaborate closely with all internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution. Develop cost estimates and proposals for new projects, contributing to business growth and client acquisition.
