Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available

What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay area by providing exceptional service and earning their trust.
• Perform HVAC maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations while identifying solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability.
• Educate customers on system performance, preventative maintenance, indoor air quality, energy-saving options, and equipment upgrades.
• Recommend products and services that genuinely fit each homeowner's needs while creating a positive, pressure-free customer experience.
• Deliver professional, five-star service from the first conversation through project completion.
• Represent our company with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude in every home you visit.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of sales or customer-facing field experience preferred
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
• Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service
• Valid driver's license required
