Revenue Operations Manager, Planning & Commissions

Job Overview We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the commissions process end to end. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role with real ownership from day one. You’ll run the full commissions payout cycle—monthly and quarterly—administer our commissions platform, safeguard the data behind every payout, and be the go‑to for anyone with a question about how they were paid. Because you’ll own the whole process, you’ll have the room to improve it: look for ways to make it faster and cleaner, use AI to take repetitive work off your plate so your time goes to the parts that need real judgment.
