This includes managing the front desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.Responsibilities:Supervise and train front desk staffEnsure excellent customer service is provided to all guestsMaintain a clean and organized front desk areaHandle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerAssist with check-in and check-out proceduresManage room reservations and cancellationsEnsure compliance with hotel policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a supervisory roleExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
